Immediate Online Delivery

We offer various prices for different users and usages. Different pricing schedules, with different discounts, apply to individual users, corporations, academic users and non-profit organizations. Educational discount

Eligible academic and educational institutions and students, faculty and staff of accredited colleges, universities and other institutions may purchase our products with additional discounts. We offer up to 30% discounts for educational users plus volume discounts. You need to pass a strict identification procedure, please do not apply if you are not qualified. Non-profit discount

Governmental departments, charities, churches and other non-profit groups may purchase our products with up to 15% discounts plus volume discounts. You need to pass a strict identification procedure, please do not apply if you are not qualified. For more information, please visit our website.

Maintenance Policy

The Maintenance is a one-time purchase.

Colasoft Capsa comes with the following maintenance:

1. One Year Maintenance:

12 months' Priority (to be effective from the purchasing date);

One year maintenance includes the product license plus software maintenance for the period of the maintenance.

• Priority of technical support via telephone, e-mail or fax.
• Free product updates and upgrades available.
• Free documentation updates.
• Access to pre-release product.

Customers who go beyond the maintenance period are entitled to keep on using the original version purchased plus any updates and upgrades supplied during the maintenance period.

2. Renewal Maintenance:
   12 months' Priority (existing customers only).
   
   Renewal maintenance is for existing customers to renew their licenses if the maintenance period has expired. Customers may purchase a Renewal maintenance - Enterprise Edition, Professional Edition, 5 Seat License, Site License, Global License, at our Web Site to get additional free upgrades and priority of technical support.

Single Seat License

A Single Seat License grants you the right to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one single computer and provide access for an unlimited number of individuals.
You may NOT install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a computer other than the first computer you installed the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on.
For running this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on additional computers requires additional licenses.

5 Seat License

A 5 Seat License grants you the right to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on five computers and provide access for an unlimited number of individuals with one single license key.
You may NOT install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a computer other than the first five computers you installed the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on. For running this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on additional computers requires additional licenses.
