All rights reserved. You agree not to remove any trademarks or copyright notices from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and Documentation.

Beta License

In compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, COLASOFT grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-assignable, license to install, and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one computer, solely for purposes of testing software programs that run in conjunction with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and to evaluate the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the purpose of providing feedback thereon to COLASOFT.

Software Product Maintenance/Updates

COLASOFT is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support or updates to you for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you pursuant to this Agreement. However, COLASOFT may, in its sole discretion, provide further pre-release versions, technical support, updates and/or supplements of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and/or related information to you, in which case such Updates shall also be deemed to be included in the and therefore governed by this Agreement, unless other terms of use are provided by COLASOFT with such Updates. In no event shall COLASOFT be obligated to provide you a copy of the commercial release version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in connection with participation in the testing program. COLASOFT is not obligated to make the SOFTWARE PRODUCT commercially available.

Intellectual Property Rights

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that you are expressly permitted to make herein, are owned by COLASOFT. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains documentation which is provided only in electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by COLASOFT.

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL COLASOFT. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and International Intellectual Property Protection Treaties.

Other Restrictions

COLASOFT, in its sole and absolute discretion, may have included a portion of the source code or online documentation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Except for any such portions, you shall not REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE, OR OTHERWISE REDUCE ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO ANY HUMAN PERCEIVABLE FORM, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
