Colasoft Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Affiliates interested in paid search activities as a part of the affiliate program, shall contact 
for approval into the program.
2. Affiliates shall NOT bid on trademarked terms ("Colasoft", "Capsa", etc.) without the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.
3. Affiliates shall not use corporate-owned urls (www.colasoft.com, etc.) in paid search ad copy or display urls or any variation, misspelling, etc.
4. Affiliates shall not use the Digital River corporate urls (www.digitalriver.com, www.oneNetworkDirect.com, www.regnow.com, www.element5.com, etc.) or any variation, misspelling, etc.
5. Affiliates shall not out position a corporate paid search ad on trademarked terms ("Colasoft", "Capsa" etc.).
6. Affiliates shall not advertise any coupon or discount in ad copy on trademarked terms without the express written consent of the affiliate program manager.
7. Affiliates shall not use ad copy that represents the ad as the corporate ad or official site.
Any affiliates who are not approved for paid search, or are found in violation of these policies will be subject to corrective action up to and including network deactivation.
