We upgrade Capsa serial products according to purchasing time not product's version.
For the moment, we have three terms of free upgrade and free technical support:
- NA;
- 1 year;
- 2 years.
For existing customers:
Please check your purchasing time and product ID to make sure whether you can get free upgrade or not. If you are not sure about your purchasing time or product ID, Click here for record information.
For future users:
Before you place order, please understand fully how long the term of free upgrade you want to have.
