We upgrade Capsa serial products according to purchasing time not
product's version.
For the moment, we have three terms of
free upgrade and free technical support:
- NA;
- 1 year;
- 2 years.
For existing customers:
Please check your purchasing time and product ID to make sure
whether you can get free upgrade or not. If you are not sure about
your purchasing time or product ID, click here for record information.
For future users:
Before you place order, please understand fully how long the
term of free upgrade you want to have.
The latest version of Colasoft Capsa is 6.5.
Note:
We offer two types of upgrade for users of Capsa.
1. Free upgrade
If you purchased Capsa within 90 days, you can get free upgrade to
Capsa 5.0.
Click here to apply for free upgrade, please include the
information of reg-name, purchasing time, product name and email
address which were submitted when you placed order.
2. Renewal upgrade
If you purchased Capsa before 90 days, you need to pay the renewal
license for upgrade. There is a good price for existing customers to
upgrade current version to v5.0 and gain free upgrade for 1 more
year.
