Can I obtain the trial version CD?
A: No, the demo version is only available for download.
I am using a third-party download utility GoZilla, when I click the download link nothing happens. What's wrong?
A: To download the file successfully, you can either temporarily disable GoZilla, or right click on the download link and choose "Save Target As", your IE will immediately start download when you save the file.
My web browser asks me if I want to save or open the file. What should I do?
A: It is recommended that you choose to save the file to a directory on your computer's hard drive, so you can reinstall the software later without having to download it again. After complete the download, you can install the software by double-clicking on the file.
I just downloaded and saved the file to my computer, but I forgot where it is. How can I find it?
A: Normally your web browser saves download files to a same directory unless you change it. An easy way to find out the download directory is to simply start another download. Choose to save the file when asked, a "Save As" window will appear, which shows the location of your download directory.
How do I install the program?
A: Most programs have their own installer and the files end with .exe, you just need to double click on the file and follow the instructions.
What's a .zip file?
A: A zip file is a compressed version of one or more files and folders. It is smaller than the original files, so it can be sent from place to place more quickly, then unpacked at its destination. In order to get the files back out of the .zip package you need to "unzip" them with a program such as the free version of WinZip. Once you have downloaded the .zip file and "opened" it with your "unzip" software, just click on the .exe file and it will install just as if you had the actual CD-Rom in your computer.
Can I download the program via FTP?
A: No. For the reason of license and export controls, the downloads from Colasoft.com are only available via HTTP.
I try to download, but I get a server error.
A: A couple of scenarios can cause a server error #500. Sometimes that is because our servers are experiencing a temporary network problem. Generally such a problem can be fixed within an hour; however, it may also go on longer. When you meet such a problem, please inform us.
