The TCP Conversation view provides statistics on most commonly used TCP protocol on the transport layer. On this view, in addition to all statistic items on the IP Conversation view, you can find the port numbers of two nodes of each TCP conversations. The information can be used to adjust TCP/IP settings and optimize your internet connection. It reveals the source /destination web addresses, source /destination port number, traffic sent and received, time of conversation for each TCP flow. This helps to troubleshoot complicated network problems like worm attacks, port scanning, DDOS attacks and TCP SYN flood, etc. The following figure is a screenshot of this view.
