Local Engine Settings

Local Engine Settings settings are global. It contains four parts:

Menu: Click the Menu button. You will find them under Local Engine Settings menu item.
Analysis project: The Local Engine Settings group of the System tab of the Ribbon (figure below).

Customize Protocols is very useful, you can use them to do the following:

Customize Protocols

Feature	Description
View Protocols	Many common used protocols have been pre-specified in Colasoft Capsa. You can quickly locate the protocol you are interested in by selecting protocol type and Ethernet Type, etc.
Customize Protocols	You can create with ease your own protocols for your specific needs.
Filter Protocols	You can quickly find protocols by setting protocol type: All Protocols, Customized Protocols and Modified Protocols.
Import and Export	You can export protocols to your hard disk and import them back when necessary.
