This release introduces a new network tool Packet Builder, you can now
construct your own custom packets and sending them into the network.
This release also includes many enhancements as well as bug fix.

- No data in 'Decode' column when exporting packet list to txt, csv or

- In project setting, the bandwidth value of adapter will become
negative if enter a value large than 2147.
- Summary view didn't remember column status and width.

The new version of Colasoft Capsa contains many improvements and new

Capsa. In the latest version 4.06, Colasoft has improved the Web access log,
