What is the Colasoft Partner Area?
A: The Colasoft Partner Area is a secure area for Colasoft authorized partners to get related services from Colasoft, including download product evaluations, retrieve evaluation license key/serial number, quick access to our sales system, change contact information, send feedback, etc.

Why should I log in to Colasoft Partner Area?
A: It is required to log in to your partner account before you can download the updates and get evaluation licenses.

What can I do with a Partner Area account?
A:
  • Download the latest evaluations and documents.
  • Retrieve evaluation license key/serial number.
  • Place orders with your discount.
  • Edit your company name, email, address, contact or other information.
  • Reset your login password for the Partner Area.
  • Find answers to questions frequently asked by partners.
  • Tell us what you think about our website, our products, our service or anything else that comes to mind.

I was request for Partner ID and Password when login, where can I get them?
A: Colasoft will send you an email with your Partner ID and Password enclosed when you becomes Colasoft authorized partner, contact partner@colasoft.com if you lost this information, or do not know where to find it.

Can I change my login information?
A: Yes, you can change your login password in the "Change Password" page, but the Partner ID is unique and can not be changed.

Our contact email has changed, where can I change it?
A: Yes, you can change your contact information in the "My Profile" page.

Our profile in the Partner Area has been changed, but the company information on Colasoft's website is still the old one, what should I do?
A: The modifications in the partner area are only applicable to your partner account, if you also want to update the contact information on our website, you need to inform us.

Where can I download the latest updates?
A: Select the "Product" category, find the latest release and then click the "Download" link.

My evaluation license has expired, how can I get a new one?
A: Select the "Product" category, click the "Get License Key" link of corresponding version, you can get a new license key/serial number when your current evaluation license expires. If your current evaluation license has not yet expired, the system will return you the current one instead.

Can I place order from the Partner Area?
A: Yes. Select "Place Order" and click the "Buy Now" link, you will be able to access to our sales system.

Why I can not see our reseller price when I place order?
A:

Only public prices are listed in the Partner Area, to place order with a discount, you need to use your own coupon code in the order page.

Should I have to provide my client's information when place order?
A:

No. When place order you may enter your client's information or just yours, both are acceptable, but it is recommended that you provide your email address not the client's, otherwise the product will be directly delivered to the client.

A: Enter your email address not your client's when place order.
